目的 依托医院信息化,不断创新医疗服务模式,突破传统服务模式带来的困境。方法 基于自助设备、分诊大屏以及微官网搭建全方位一体化的自助服务平台体系。结果 3种自助服务模块协同发展,互补优缺,实现医疗信息系统集成,构建安全、优质、高效的信息化医疗服务模式。结论 自助服务模式作为传统服务模式的主要补充,有效突破服务困境,减轻工作压力及节省人力投入,在为患者提供高效便捷的服务体验的同时进一步提升医疗服务水平以及医院管理水平。 |

Abstract: |
Objective Based on hospital information construction, to innovate medical service mode and to break through the traditional service mode. Methods Based on self-service devices, triage screen and micro website, setting up omni-directional integration system of self-service platform. Results The coordinated development of 3 kinds of self-service modules should be of complementary advantages, the medical information system integration be realized, and safety, high quality and efficient medical service pattern be constructed. Conclusion Self-service mode, as the main complement of the traditional service mode, can effectively breakthrough the dilemma, reduce stress at work and save manpower, to provide efficient and convenient service experience for patients, and to enhance the level of medical service and hospital management level. |
