| 目的 分析某省级肿瘤专科医院子宫颈恶性肿瘤患者住院费用的变动情况及变化趋势，为合理控制肿瘤病人住院费用提供量化的评价依据及有意义的参考。 方法运用回归分析进行分析。结果 回归分析结果显示年龄、住院天数、是否有并发症、是否使用医保、是否化疗、是否放疗、是否手术对住院费用都有显著影响。结论 应有效降低住院天数，开展子宫颈癌的早期筛查，切实降低患者的疾病负担。 |

| Objective To analyze the cervical malignant tumor cost in a provincial cancer hospital from 2009 to 2013，to find the trend of cost ,to find the relationship and effect between the each single item and the total cost ,to find the causes of cost increase, to provide a meaningful reference to control the cost. Methods Using the regression analysis to analyze the cost. Results Regression analysis showed that age, hospitalization days, complications, whether or not to use health care, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery has significant effect on hospitalization expenses. Conclusion It is effective to reduce the patient’s disease burden by reducing the hospitalization days, early screening of cervical cancer. |
