Total cost fine management will become the necessary method of hospital economic management. Through analyzing the concept of total cost fine management, and taking The Fourth Clinical Medical College of Harbin Medical University as an example, the related problems of the application of total cost fine management in hospital economic management are explored to provide a new method for improving hospital economic management level. |
