| 以项目组所在医院预算管理系统项目实施为契机，结合医院实际，按照财政部企业会计信息化工作规范的要求，进行了预算系统的总体设计。在框架设计上重点考虑预算系统在医院内部与医院外部系统的整合，梳理了各系统间的数据交互逻辑关系。 |

Based on the practice of hospital’s budget management informatization, with the guideline of enterprise’s accounting information system’s work specifications issued by the Ministry of Finance，the overall design of budget management system is done. In the framework design, the integration of the budget system and the interior and peripheral subsystem of the hospital should be considered, and the lodical relationship of the data of the systems should be cleared. |
