目的 在新医改政策背景下体现公立医院公益性、调动积极性,研究构建临床医生模块化绩效分配模型。方法 通过文献查阅法和专家咨询法进行了模型构建和评价指标遴选。结果 构建了以“岗位能力、医疗工作量、医疗质量、患者满意”为关键模块的模块化临床医生绩效分配模型。结论 该绩效分配模型符合医疗行业特点,适用于公立医院临床医师的绩效分配制度改革实践。 |

Abstract: |
Objective Under the background of new healthcare reform, This research is aim to build a model of the modular performance income allocation model of the clinical doctors in order to reflect the public welfare nature of public hospitals and stimulate the people’s initiative. Methods Through literature review and Delphi Method,indicators are selected and model is construed. Results The modular performance income allocation model of the clinical doctors in public hospitals are constructed with key modules including Post Capability, Medicine Work, Healthcare Quality, Medical Security. Conclusion This new performance income allocation model is in line with the characteristics of the medical vocation, which is suitable for the reform of performance income allocation of the clinical doctors in public hospitals. |
