| 目的 评价安徽省县级公立医院实施单病种付费方式对住院费用的控制效果。方法 采用分层随机抽样方法，抽取子宫平滑肌病例1 314例，其中未采用单病种付费方式的有878例，采用的有436例，进行统计学分析。结果 采用单病种付费方式后人均可比住院费用降低524.254元，住院时间缩短1.13天，药费、护理费、化验费、治疗费和其他费用下降，药费构成比、化验费构成比和治疗费构成比下降(P＜0.05)。结论 单病种付费有利于县级公立医院子宫平滑肌瘤住院费用的控制。 |

Objective
To evaluate the effect of single disease payment method in Anhui county-level public hospitals. Methods Stratified random sampling method was used to choose 1 314 cases of uterine leiomyoma, among which 878 didn’t adopt the method, and 436 cases adopted the method. Data were analyzed in statistical methods. Results After the implementation of the method, the hospitalization costs reduced by 524.254 RMB, and hospitalization time decreased by 1.13 days. The expenses of drugs, nursing, laboratory, treatment and others decreased. The fee proportion of drugs, laboratory and treatment declined (P＜0.05). Conclusion The single disease payment method plays an important role in controlling the hospitalization costs of uterine leiomyoma in county-level public hospitals. |
