| 目的 了解患者对民营医院的推荐意愿及其影响因素，为民营医院完善自身发展提供依据。方法 选取重庆市主城区在民营医院就诊或治疗的患者作为样本，使用自制问卷进行现场调查。采用χ2 检验描述不同因素对推荐民营医院的差异，用多元logistic回归分析法分析推荐民营医院的影响因素。结果 χ2检验结果显示：年龄段（P＝0.000）、婚姻状况（P＝0.000）、文化程度（P＝0.000）、职业（P＝0.000）、医疗保险类型（P＝0.028）、身体不适（P＝0.001）、确诊患病（P＝0.025）、慢性病（P＝0.001）不同的患者对推荐民营医院有显著差异。多元logistic回归分析结果显示：婚姻状况、文化程度、职业、医疗保险类型、家庭年人均收入等因素对是否推荐民营医院有显著影响。结论 民营医院应根据患者对民营医院的推荐意愿，抓住特定人群，采取相应措施规范医疗服务行为，为患者提供更好的就医环境。 |

Objective
To understand the influencing factors of patients willingness to recommend private hospitals，in order to provide the basis for the improvement of private hospitals. Methods Patients from private hospitals in urban Chongqing area were selected as the sample，and the self-made questionnaire was used to conduct the investigation. Chi-square test was used to describe the variances between different factors on the recommendation of private hospitals, and binary logistic regression analysis is used to analyze the influencing factors of private hospitals. Results The results showed that patients of different ages(P=0.000), marital status(P = 0.000), educational level(P= 0.000), occupation (P=0.000), medical insurance type(P=0.028)，physical discomfort (P=0.001)，the diagnosis of disease(P=0.025) and chronic disease(P=0.001) on the recommendation of private hospitals have significant difference. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that marital status，educational level，occupation，medical insurance type，annual per capital income and other factors had significant impact on whether or not to recommend private hospitals. Conclusion Private hospitals should market the potential targets based on the needs of various patients to take appropriate measures to improve themselves，and to provide better environment and services for patients with disease. |
