| Medical alliance is the effective way to realize hierarchical diagnosis and treatment, and it has the advantages of high recruitment platform, multiple channels, professional operation and satisfactory training effect. Through taking “Shengze Medical Alliance” as an example, the paper introduces the practice of constructing basic-level health talent team under integrated management model, and explores the ways of introducing and training basic-level health talents guided by new medical reform spirits. |
