Abstract: |
Based on the introduction of public hospital reform of The First Hospital of Qiqihaer City,the internal decision-making mechanism, personnel management mechanism, salary distribution mechanism and economic operating mechanism of public hospital internal operating mechanism reform are deepened. Management system, compensation mechanism, supervision mechanism and service system reform are done. And urban public hospital reform is promoted. In this way, the goal of the new hospital system reform which safeguards public welfare, arouses the enthusiasm and ensures sustainability can be accomplished. |
