Through taking a county-level public hospital as an example, in-depth research and interviews are done to find out the reasons, measures, achievements and difficulties during the implementation process of commission management combined with the policy environment. Reasons of entrusted operation, measures, achievements and problems are analyzed. The nature and financing channels of the hospitals, the withdrawal mechanism of sides, the government supervision mechanism, etc are explored. |
