公立医院见习医学生专业适应性对学业倦怠影响研究

摘要:
目的 探讨公立医院见习医学生专业适应性对学业倦怠的影响以及心理机制,为医院临床实习管理提供参考依据。方法 采用问卷调查法收集有效问卷355份,采用多元阶层回归分析法检验变量间的关系。结果 专业认同影响医院见习医学生专业适应性;高水平的专业学习动力能够降低见习医学生的情绪耗竭(β= -0.211,P<0.01)、玩世不恭(β= -0.316,P<0.01),提升他们的专业效能感(β=0.152,P<0.01);高水平的主动适应行为能够降低见习医学生的情绪耗竭(β=-0.159,P<0.01)、玩世不恭(β=-0.225,P<0.01),并提升他们的专业效能感(β=0.393,P<0.01)。结论 研究提出了3种心理解释机制。积极帮助医院见习医学生适应专业学习将有益于缓解他们的学业倦怠,进而促进他们在医院临床见习期间的身心健康和学业表现。

Impact of Professional Adaptability on Study Burnout Among Trainee Medical Students in the Public Hospital

Abstract:

Objective To explore the impact of professional adaptability on study burnout and the psychological mechanism among trainee medical students in the public hospital,and to provide a reference basis for clinical practice management in hospital management. Methods 355 valid questionnaires were collected by using a questionnaire survey method,the multiple line hierarchical regression analysis was performed to test the relationship among variables. Results There is significant influence of professional identification on professional adaptability. High level professional learning motivation can significantly reduce the the emotional exhaustion (β=-0.211, P<0.01), cynicism (β=-0.316,P<0.01) of trainee medical students and promote the professional self-efficacy (β=0.152,P<0.01). High level professional active adaptation can significant reduce the students’ the emotional exhaustion (β= -0.159,P<0.01),cynicism (β=-0.225,P<0.01) and promote the professional self-efficacy (β=0.393,P<0.01). Conclusion The study has proposed three explanation of psychological mechanisms for exploring the finding. The positively helping for trainee medical students is beneficial to reduce their study burnout, in turn,promote their the psychological health and professional performance during the internship period.
