Internal culture is the soul of department. The paper discussed the culture construction of the Department of Neurosurgery of Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University, which takes the people as foremost based on its own characteristics with hospital perspectives. It introduced the importance of cultural construction on the management in practice and proposed how to improve the cultural construction. |
