| Staff care program, as the common demand of hospital managers and staff, should become an innovation measure of hospital management in China. Through the summarization of the related exploration of hospital staff assistance program and some new research practice, the mechanism and effect of hospital staff assistance program is explored, including necessity, mode choice, characteristic content to provide hospital management reform innovation. |
