| Mode of the unity of departments，geared to the needs of the community，based on the traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with clinical，professional construction，to improve the interns，standardized training of doctor’s practice ability as the core，has carried on the training mode，curriculum setting，teaching method reform，strengthening the construction of teachers team construction and hospital training base， in order to cultivate qualified general practitioners.
