引入社会资本举办混合所有制医疗机构是当前医疗卫生领域改革的热点。聚焦国内5家典型混合所有制医疗机构，对其办医背景、资本组织形式、法人治理结构等进行剖析，并对当前办医模式存在的问题展开讨论。最后得出结论：在外部监管机制不完善或缺失、内部治理结构不健全的情况下，不利于混合所有制医疗机构可持续发展。 |

| Introducing social capital to develop mixed ownership medical institutions is one of hotspots of current healthcare reform. The paper focused on the operation models of 5 typical mixed ownership hospitals, especially their cooperative background, the capital-organization form and corporate governance, and analyzed the existing problems. Thus it is concluded that when external supervisory mechanism and internal corporate governance structure are imperfect, it is not conductive to the development of the mixed ownership hospitals. |
