采用定性与定量相结合的方法，对江苏省（南京、苏南、苏中、苏北地区）8家三级医疗机构的825名医务人员和在这些医疗机构就诊的807名患者进行研究，分析医疗告知现状。提出了“AIMSF”医疗告知理论，通过充分准确告知和个性化告知等手段，有利于改善医务人员告知表现、提升医患沟通质量。 |

| Both of the quantitative and qualitative research methods were used to investigate the medical notification situation of 825 medical staffs and 807 patients from 8 third-grade hospital of Nanjing and other regions of south ,middle and north of Jiangsu province. The medical informed theory of AIMSF, through adequate ,accurate and individual informed methods, is conducive to the improvement of medical notification，enhance the quality of doctor-patient communication . |
