目的
探索大型三甲医院住院择期手术取消的真实原因，提出相应的对策以期减少手术取消。 方法 连续纳入2014年11月1日─2015年1月31日期间某大型三甲医院住院择期手术取消原因，以医疗组长填报和随访核实两种形式收集资料。 结果 调查期间，共排程13 774例，取消2 224例，取消率为16.15%。分析随访核实的数据，医务人员因素占44.11%，患者因素占30.94%，医院因素占24.95%。 结论 基于住院择期手术真实原因的分析，医务人员因素是最主要的取消原因且为可避免因素。 |

| Objective To explore real causes of surgical cancellation in a large size tertiary hospital to explore relevant strategies to reduce surgery cancellations. Methods From November 1 2014 to January 31, 2015, collecting the reasons for cancellation of inpatient-elective surgery in a large size tertiary hospital through two manners: recorded by surgeon and verified by face to face. Results 13 371 cases were scheduled for elective surgical procedures of inpatients in the study period. 2 224 cases (16.15%) of these were cancelled. Reasons for cancellation of elective operations about verified-data were analyzed: staff-related factors (44.11%), patient-related factors (30.94%) and hospital-related factors (24.95%). Conclusion Staff-related factors are the most commonest and avoidable which are based on analysis of true data. |
