| 航空医疗救援体系是航空应急救援体系的基本组成，而航空应急救援体系是国家应急救援体系的重要组成。伴随着综合国力的不断增强和低空空域的渐进开放，在构建和完善应急救援体系的进程中，开展航空医疗救援工作被越来越多的省、市、区或部门提上议事日程。但如何规划建设与科学构建却是一个相当复杂的重大问题。做好顶层设计必须要有战略思维。 |

| Aviation medical rescue system is the basic component of aviation emergency rescue system, and aviation emergency rescue system is an important component of the national emergency rescue system. With the comprehensive national strength and constantly enhance low altitude airspace on the gradual opening of the construction and improvement of emergency rescue system in the process, to carry out air medical rescue work is more and more provinces or departments on the agenda.
