了解西藏各级医疗机构医生的职称、工作量、有效工作时间、收入待遇等,分析医生工作面临的问题,为提高医生的工作效率提供建议,同时为自治区医疗卫生服务体系的资源测算提供参数依据。采用自填问卷法对西藏自治区省、市、县级共22家医院的医生进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷714份问卷,对医院医生的现状进行了较好的了解。 西藏医疗机构医生人力资源配备质量和医生的工作效率较低,而要解决这些问题需要多方面共同推动。 |

| Analysis of the Human Resource Questionnaire in a Doctor Survey at All Levels of Medical Institutions in Tibet |

In order to investigate the technical title, workload, effective working time, income, etc of doctor workforce at different levels in Tibet medical institutions, the problems are analyzed. Suggestions of how to improve the doctor working efficiency, and provide a basis for determining how to make a parameter in estimating the resources of the medical and health service system. A self-administered questionnaire survey conducted among doctors from 22 hospitals, which includes provincial, municipal and county levels in Tibet autonomous region. 714 valid questionnaires were returned in the survey, showing the current situation of doctors in Tibet hospitals. Tibet medical institutions have a relatively low quality about doctors, and their doctor’s working efficiency is low. Various measures should made in solving these problems. |
