日间手术最早起源于英国。中国自20世纪90年代以来有部分医疗机构对日间手术进行了报道，但仅限于麻醉和护理的应用。自2007年以来开始对日间手术模式进行了初期探索和尝试，2013年日间手术在中国进入快速发展时期，其内涵被国内越来越多的医疗机构所熟识和认可，并呈地毯式不断地发展壮大。介绍了日间手术在中国的发展历程，分析了目前日间手术在中国的实施现状和问题，并对日间手术未来的发展进行了思考，提出建议。 |

| Day surgery was firstly originated in the United Kingdom. There have been some reports in day surgery in some hospitals only in the application of anesthesia and nursing since the 1990s in China. Some preliminary exploration and attempts of some day surgery models have been conducted since 2007 and in 2013 day surgery in China entered a rapid development period. Its contents were understood, recognized and constantly expanded by more and more domestic medical institutions. The paper describes the history of the development of day surgery in China, as well as the implementation status and problems. Lessons and recommendations are proposed for the future development of day surgery in China. |
