| 目的 探索我国大型三甲医院住院择期手术取消的影响因素，为医院管理者提供科学参考依据。方法 前瞻性收集四川大学华西医院2014年11月1日—2015年1月31日住院择期手术取消原因，采用SPSS18.0软件进行统计分析，采用χ2检验、二分类logistic回归分析方法比较其影响因素。 结果 患者年龄、医疗组长职称、手术难度与住院择期手术取消有关，手术难度对手术取消的作用最大。结论 住院择期手术排程时，考虑手术取消的影响因素，合理排程以减少手术的取消。 |

| Influencing Factors Analysis of Cancellation of Inpatient-elective Operation |

Objective To explore the influencing factors of inpatient-elective operation cancellation in the large size tertiary hospital, and to offer reference for the hospital management. Methods From 1 November, 2014 to 31 January, 2015, the reasons for cancellation of inpatient-elective surgery in West China Hospital, Sichuan University were prospectively collected. All statistical analysis were performed using SPSS 18.0 statistics software with Chi-square test and bivariate logical regression. Results Age, professional title of surgeon, difficulty of the operation have a influence on cancellation of inpatient-elective surgery, and difficulty of the operation especially has the most important effect. Conclusion When scheduling operation for inpatient, staffs should consider influencing factors of cancellation of operation for having reasonably scheduling to reduce cancellation of surgery. |
