介入专科护士岗位胜任力模型的构建研究

摘要:
目的 构建科学、合理的介入专科护士岗位胜任力模型。方法 采用Delphi法对35名专家进行2轮问卷函询,确定介入专科护士岗位胜任力模型。结果 本研究专家函询的权威系数为0.86、0.88, 专家积极性系数为91.43%、100.00%,形成了包含5个维度、29项胜任力及其内涵的介入专科护士岗位胜任力模型。结论 构建的介入专科护士岗位胜任力模型,专家意见集中,研究结果可信度高,模型可为介入专科护士的选拔、考评提供科学依据。

Abstract:

Objective To formulate construction of post competency model for intervention specialist nurses. Methods We consulted 35 experts using Delphi methods and drew up post competency model for intervention specialist nurses. Results Authority coefficients of experts was 0.86, 0.88, The return rates of two rounds were 91.43%and 100.00%. The post competency model for intervention specialist nurses consisted of five projects with 29 specific items. Conclusion The post competency model is reliable and valid, which can provide reference for the training and evaluation of intervention specialist nurses.
