| Based on “The Basic Norms of Enterprise Internal Control and Supporting Guidelines”, the countermeasures and effects of perfecting contact management are introduced. Good contract management rules can make the finance department actively participate in prior management and post audit，enhance the level of financial management in hospital, reduce hospital operating risk，and improve the refine hospital financial management level. |
