频发的医院暴力反映了我国医院暴力防范体系的欠缺，对医院暴力进行研究已经成为了必须面对的现实课题。在科学界定医院暴力概念和特征的基础上，通过检索域外法规、文献、网站，对域外医院暴力的防范经验进行归纳介绍并借鉴，最后提出了完善的对策建议。 |

Frequent hospital violence reflects the deficiency of hospital violence prevention system in China. Research on hospital violence has become a reality issue. The article starts from the scientific definition of concepts and characteristics of hospital violence，and summarizes foreign experience in hospital violence prevention through searching the foreign laws and regulations，documents and web site. Finally，the article puts forward the countermeasures. |
