在调查2013年4月1日—2015年12月31日医院中心手术室首台手术准时开台率变化情况的基础上,通过成立“提高手术室使用效率暨加强手术室管理小组”、修订手术室制度、现场调查与督导、多种形式的信息共享、将准时开台率纳入医疗综合目标评估档案等一系列精细化管理方法,有效提升了首台手术准时开台率,提高了手术室工作效率。 |

Based on analyzing the change of punctual starting time of the first surgery in center operating rooms during April, 2013 and December, 2015, setting up a work team of management, revising regulations of operating rooms, strengthening investigation and supervision, sharing various forms of information, adding the punctual starting rate into comprehensive assessment of medical files and so on increase the punctual starting rate of the first surgery, and the use efficiency of operating rooms. |
