目的
分析基层医院管理人员对大型公立医院管理培训课程设置的需求,为改进培训课程提供依据。方法 进行现场问卷调查,对数据进行描述性统计分析。结果 调查对象对人力资源管理、人文管理、医疗管理课程内容需求最大,需求最大的课程组织形式是互动式交流座谈,最感兴趣的现场参观内容是制度流程及规范性文件,希望培训时长为15天,希望能建立长期联系获取后续学习服务。结论 大型公立医院作为培训基层医院管理人员的有效平台,应以需求为导向突出课程内容实用性,系统化整合个性化、多样化的课程形式,构建长效评价支持体系。 |

Objective
To study the demand of training curriculum arrangement for primary hospital executives, to provide references for the improvement of management training courses in large-scale public hospitals.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted,and descriptive statistics were used for data analysis. Results Human resources management, humanistic management and medical management are recognized as the most important courses. Interactive discussion is considered as the best curriculum form and management documents are the most attractive site visits contents. The executives suggest the length of a training program be around 15 days and a long-term support platform be established. Conclusion Large-scale public hospitals are the important platform for training primary hospital executives. They should be demand-oriented and emphasize the practicality. Systematic integration of different courses could also play a vital role in the improvement of courses. |
