基于员工心理健康调查的三级综合医院EAP项目研究

摘要:

目的 针对某三级医院员工开展心理压力、职业倦怠研究,从理论和实践层面分析医院员工帮助计划(模式及途径,为管理层提供参考建议。方法 采用匿名问卷方式,对医院员工进行抽样调查。结果 医院员工压力源最大的是来自外部环境,其次是工作负荷所产生的;存在职业倦怠人数占47.2%;对员工帮助计划项目有较高的认同和接受度,并已意识到通过寻求外界帮助来解决困扰自己的压力、情绪管理、职业倦怠等方面问题。结论 提高员工对管理层认同度,提升员工内心公平感;关注护理队伍,在员工帮助计划下减压舒缓;开展家庭团队辅导,全方位提高员工幸福感;加强医院人文环境,完善管理制度;制定相应的“EAP+“计划,满足员工成长需求。

Abstract:
Objective To carry out the psychological stress, job burnout research in a tertiary hospital, to analyze the EAP model and way from the aspect of theory and practice in order to provide references for the management. Method With the anonymous questionnaire survey, carrying out the Sampling survey of employees. Result The most pressure source among the employees in the hospital is from the external environment, and the second is the working load. The number of job burnout is 47.2%, and the EAP projects have higher recognition and acceptance in the hospital. The sample has realized to solve the problems by seeking outside help, such as self-pressure, emotion management and job burnout, etc. Conclusion It is suggested to improve esteemed to the management and a sense of fairness of employees; to focus on the nursing team, and to reduce the pressure by EAP; to carry out the family group counseling to improve employees’ well-being all-round; to strengthen the humanistic environment and complete the management system in hospital; and to lay down the corresponding “EAP+” to meet the demand of inner growth.
