| 目的 研制测算康复床位空间分布需求和供需匹配程度的方法。 方法 收集、整理行政区划、住院病人、医疗机构等基础数据，借鉴美国住院康复体系，按照提出方法、数据模拟、反复论证、完善方法的思路进行研究。结果 由康复病种出发，形成计算区域内康复病人数量、康复床位需求数量、康复床位需求空间分布及区域康复床位供需匹配情况的方法学。结论 方法学具有可操作性，某市实证结果经专家鉴定后符合康复床位资源的实际情况。 |

Objective
To develop a new method measuring the degree of spatial supply-demand of rehabilitation nursing bed. Methods Collect and organize basic data, including the administrative district，inpatients，the address of hospitals，and so on. We push on our study， presenting a method，simulating，demonstrating，optimizing，step by step，using the experience of American hospital-rehabilitation model. Results start from the disease category of rehabilitation，then figure the amount and the distribution of convalescence stage patients and rehabilitation nursing bed they needed. Finally， combine the supply of rehabilitation nursing bed to measure the supply-demand matching degree. Conclusion This method we mentioned above，is operational，in addition，the research finding of Shanghai under this method is in accordance with the actual condition. |
