Hospital staff management is a key component of hospital management. Workforce out of organization is now the major form of employment in hospital, and it has problems that need to be solved. By taking the example of our hospital, we will analyze the current situation and risks that workforce out of organization bring into our hospital and other 3-A-grade hospitals, and will also make some suggestions and the theory basis for the reform of personnel system. |
