| In the paper, German medical service system was described, and the advantages of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment in Germany were summarized and analyzed. Several suggestions of construction of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment in China were provided in perspective of building a new system of hierarchical medical system, improving personal quality of grassroots organizations, standardizing medical insurance reimbursement and increasing government investments. |
