| 目的 旨在了解河南省民营医院效率的变化情况。方法 运用数据包络分析的Malmquist指数模型对河南省34家民营医院2010—2012年的生产效率进行测量和分析。 结果 民营医院3年间全要素生产率平均增长6.2%，对全要素生产率进一步分解发现，技术进步平均增长率为18.2%；技术效率和规模效率都有较大的下降，分别平均降低10.2%和11.9%，而纯技术效率平均增长2.0%。结论 河南省民营医院的全要素生产率有所提高，主要得益于技术的进步。建议在符合区域卫生规划的前提下，适当扩大民营医院规模，引导其规模化发展，鼓励民营医院走内涵式发展之路。 |

Objective
To learn the changes of productivity efficiency of private hospitals in Henan Province. Method 34 sample private hospitals were selected from Henan Province from 2010 to 2012. The Malmquist index was used to calculate productivity changes of sample hospitals. Result Productivity of sample private hospitals increased on average by 6.2%，which was contributed by the progress in technological changes of 18.2%. However，technical efficiency and scale efficiency decreased on average by 10.2% and 11.9% respectively while pure technical efficiency increased by 2% during 2010—2012. Conclusion The results showed that productivity of private hospitals had improved，which was produced by the progress in technological changes. It was suggested that in order to improve the management level，private hospitals should expand the bed size appropriately，upsize their facility，and encourage the private hospitals in line with connotative development way based on regional health planning. |
