In the process of the deepening of medical and health care reform, and in order to meet the growing demand of hospital management, the concept of ERP is applied to the hospital operating management, to realize the effective management of hospital operations as the goal. Through using the independence axiom to design ERP system of hospital operating management in the function, the complexity of the design is reduced, the operational process of hospital operations management is perfected, the overall operating efficiency of the hospital is improved, and the level of hospital operations management is enhanced. So it is the powerful guarantee to realize the hospital strategy. |
