| 目的 评估和分析临床路径实施后慢性阻塞性肺炎（COPD）患者生活质量变化情况。方法 临床路径试点前后分别使用欧洲五维健康量表（EQ-5D）对重庆某医院2012年8月至2015年7月的COPD患者进行出入院问卷调查，并得出EQ-5D指数得分和EQ-VAS得分并进行分析。结果 COPD患者出院时EQ-5D指数得分和EQ-VAS得分较入院时均有所提升，临床路径实施后EQ-5D得分和EQ-VAS得分高于实施之前。结论 欧洲EQ-5D量表适用于我国COPD患者的健康状况和生存质量测量，临床路径的实施对COPD患者生活质量改善具有积极作用。 |

Objective
To evaluate and analyze the quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia (COPD) after the implementing of clinical pathway. Method The patients in a hospital of Chongqing from August 2012 to July 2015 were investigated by using the European scale and EQ-5D index score and EQ-VAS score were analyzed. Result The EQ-5D index score and EQ-VAS score of patients with COPD were significantly improved when they left hospital and the EQ-5D and EQ-VAS was significantly higher after implementing clinical pathway. Conclusion The European EQ-5D scale is suitable for the measurement of health and quality of life in patients with COPD in China, and the implementing of clinical pathway has positive effect on the improvement of quality of life in patients with COPD. |
