| 目的 促进医院感染指标的公开透明，创新医院感染监管方法，提升监管能力和医疗服务质量。方法 参考国内外文献和专家访谈形成拟公开指标初始条目，通过咨询20位国内权威专家筛选、修订指标，初步确定需公开的医院感染指标集，采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行描述性分析和Kendall Wа一致性检验。结果 2轮专家咨询的专家平均权威系数为0.90, 平均协调系数分别为0.124和0.500（P＜0.05)，达到了研究对于一致性的要求。初步确定了适合公开的指标22个，包括1个结构指标，9个过程指标和12个结果指标。结论 初步建立了一套较完备的医院感染透明监管指标集。 |

Objective
We aim to promote the public reporting of HCAI indicators and innovate the method of management on hospital infection. Methods On the basis o f the literature review and expert interviews method, Delphi method was applied to screen suitable indicators. SPSS 17.0 medical statistical software was used to the analysis of data and Kendall Wа coefficient test. Results By two rounds of consulting experts, the average level of experts authority was 0.90. The coordination of the experts in two rounds were respectively 0.124 and 0.500(p﹤0.05). An indicator set was established including one structure indicator, 9 process indicators and 12 outcome indicators. Conclusion A comprehensive HCAI indicators for public reporting is established using Delphi Method. |
