“互联网+医疗”为医疗服务模式变革提供了新的思路，O2O医疗服务具有线上线下一体化融合的特点，成为互联网+医疗的具体体现和突破口。文章研究构建基于云平台的O2O医疗服务体系架构，并分析其服务类型，在此基础上介绍了目前O2O医疗服务的典型应用，最后探讨了我国发展O2O医疗服务面临的问题及对策。 |

| “Internet plus healthcare” provides a new way for the reform of medical service mode. O2O medical service has the characteristic of integration of online and offline，and becomes the specific embodiment and breakthrough of Internet plus medical. The paper constructs the O2O medical service system architecture based on cloud platform and analyzes its service types, then introduces the typical applications of O2O medical service，and finally discusses the problems and countermeasures of the development of O2O medical service in China. |
