| 目的 优化病人就诊时间不确定环境下的门诊资源分配调度方案。方法 建立门诊资源拍卖品模型，提出病人局部决策和协调中心协调两种数学模型。结果 基于协调模型设计得到了包含局部优化竞标算法、优胜者判定与价格调整算法的协调决策方法。结论 提出的一对多协商决策模型能够清晰有效地描述同时存在未预约就诊和预约取消的病人就诊时间不确定门诊资源分配问题，对优化门诊诊疗资源配置提供支持。 |

| The Application of Coordination Decision Theory in the Appointment Scheduling of Outpatient Resources |

| Objective
In order to optimize the appointment scheduling of outpatient resources under the uncertain clinic time.
Methods
Auction goods models are estimated for outpatient resources, and proposed a patient local decision and coordination center decision mathematical models.
Results
Based on the coordination decision models present a coordination solution including local optimization bidding, winner determination and price adjustment algorithm.
Conclusion
The one-to-multiple coordination decision model proposed could describe the outpatient resources appointment scheduling problem contains the walk-in and no-show patients, and it could support the appointment scheduling optimization of outpatient resources. |
