| 目的 调查新型农村合作医疗居民对医疗联合体的利益诉求，为医疗联合体良性运行提供依据。方法 通过深度访谈和问卷调查了解新农合居民对医疗联合体的利益诉求，采用因子分析和配对t检验对数据进行归纳分析。结果 新农合居民的利益诉求归纳成5个因子，按照其重要程度依次为医疗技术因子、高效就医因子、医疗费用因子、医务人员态度因子和医疗辅助服务因子，新农合居民对5个因子均有一定的诉求。结论 医疗联合体在构建和运行过程中应关注新农合居民的利益诉求，提高基层医疗机构技术水平，优化转诊流程，促进患者高效就医；充分发挥医疗保险的杠杆作用，促进患者有序就医，提高基层医疗机构的服务能力。 |

| Analysis of the Interests Claims of the New RCMs Residents on Medical Alliance |

Objective
To promote the benign operation of the regional medical union by investigating the interests claims of the New RCMs residents. Methods The interests claims of New RCMs residents were investigated by questionnaire and depth interview，to sum up data using factor analysis and paired-samples t test. Results The interests claims of rural residents were summed up to 5 factors. According to the importance，the sequence of the 5 factors was medical technology factor，efficient treatment factor,hospitalization costs factor,medical staff attitude factor and medical assistance service factor. Conclusion Regional medical union should pay attention to the interests claims of rural residents，enhancing the medical technique and service ability of the primary hospital，optimizing the transfer procedure and giving full play to medical insurance heighten the satisfaction of rural residents. |
