| 城市大型公立医院托管县级医院是全面提升基层医院诊治水平的重要举措。浙江省人民医院4年来通过输出医院管理体系、“多、强、实、长”下沉人才、建立医联体、共建重点学科、推进信息互通、远程会诊、双向转诊、检查预约等帮扶手段，使被托管医院业务量、学科建设水平、技术实力、人才储备和精细化管理等方面取得了飞速发展，赢得政府、百姓和医务人员三满意，同时也提出了迫切需要解决的问题和对策建议。 |

| Practice and Consideration of the Trusteeship Comprehensive Hospitals to the County Hospitals |

| The trusteeship of comprehensive hospitals in cities to the county hospitals is the important measure to promote the integral level of the disease management and science research in county hospitals. Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital achieved the good results through the overall trusteeship to 3 county hospitals for more than 4 years. The hospital exported the excellent administration system to the county hospitals and used the “more，strong，actual，long” strategy of talent sinking. They explored actively how to construct the “Regional Medical Alliance” and developed joint construction of the key subjects. The medical information communication，remote consultation，dual referral，inspection order service was also conducted. By this way，the business of the county hospitals was expanded，the level of subject construction，medical technology and the amount of talents was elevated，fine management was developed gradually，the “tri-satisfaction” of government，local people and medical faculty of county hospitals was achieved. Otherwise，some problem and solutions was also proposed. |
