| 目的 以CT、MRI设备为例，分析目前我国大型医用设备在医疗机构之间的共享现状。方法 从全国东、中、西部选取6个省份，通过问卷的形式调查医疗机构在过去5年为这2种大型医用设备提供共享服务的基本情况。共回收131份合格问卷,问卷回收率为87.3%。 结果 32家医院提供了CT共享服务，占所调查医院的24%。23家医院提供了MRI共享服务, 占所调查医院的18%。二级医院CT和MRI设备提供共享服务的比例高于同时期三级医院，其中MRI在二级医院中的共享比例远高于三级医院。结论 CT、MRI设备在三级医院提供共享服务的比例相对较低。 |

Objective
To analyze the current status of sharing high technology medical equipment among hospitals, using CT and MRI as an example. Methods Six provinces located in the eastern, middle and western regions in China were selected as the study sample. Questionnaires were used to collect information about the past 5 years among hospitals. The response rate was 87.3% with 131 questionnaires completed. Results There were 32 hospitals (24%) sharing CT services with other hospitals and 23 hospitals sharing MRI (18%) services. The rates of sharing CT and MRI were higher in secondary hospitals than tertiary hospitals in the same period, and the rate of sharing of MRI was especially high in secondary hospitals. Conclusion The rates of sharing CT and MRI were relatively low in tertiary hospitals. |
