公立医院医生心理契约测评的研究路径论述

摘要:
心理契约被视为组织激励的新视点,是研究员工态度和行为的重要工具。医生心理契约的研究尚属空白,而研制医生心理契约测评工具是第一步。文章聚焦我国公立医院医生的职业特点,在借鉴国内外相关研究的基础上,对医生心理契约的内涵、内容与结构等进行了理论构建,为进一步开展医生心理契约量表的实证研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:
Psychological contract is regarded as a new viewpoint in the research area of organization incentive and as an important instrument to study employees’ attitude and behavior. There has been no systematic research in the field of physician psychological contract in China. And the development of the Scale of Physician Psychological Contract(SPPC) is the first step. Focused the characteristics of Chinese public hospitals physician and based on the domestic and foreign related studies, this article built a theoretical framework for the SPPC, in order to lay the foundation for the further empirical research.
