静脉血栓栓塞症严重影响医疗安全与医疗质量，应用管理思维，并运用时间管理、会议管理、SWOT分析等管理手段，我院形成了VET防治的多学科团队，通过开放式会议与培训等形式，使各高风险科室制定VTE风险评估表及有针对性地干预举措。未来，使全院各专科应用信息系统进行VTE风险评估并使用标准化干预路径，将是我院院内VTE防治体系建设的新方向。
