《关于建立住院医师规范化培训制度的指导意见》的出台，旨在建立健全住院医师规范化培训制度，全面提高我国医师队伍的综合素质和专业水平。我国台湾地区和大陆语言相通、文化类似，住院医师规范化培训已开展多年，通过对培养体制、管理机制、评估体系、医师费制度等的比较，探讨值得借鉴的经验。

The guidance that "About building system of resident standardization training guidance", aims to set up a sound system of resident standardization training, improve the comprehensive quality and professional level of the physician team of China. To explore valuable experience of the resident standardization training by the comparison of the training system, management mechanism evaluation system and physician fee system, on the basis of the common language, similar culture and experience of resident standardization training in mainland and Taiwan of China.
