| Comprehensive reform of county-level public hospitals is the key of deepening of the reform of the medical and health system, of alleviating the problem of “difficult and expensive medical treatment for the masses”. In the process of deepening medical reform, new ideas, new initiatives and new experience in the development of county-level hospitals are gradually explored. And active exploration and innovation with regard to getting rid of the system of “raising doctors by selling medicines”, and reforming the management system, operating mechanism and the salary system has been carried out. |
