长庚医疗平衡计分卡管理对护理绩效改革的启示

摘要:

长庚医疗体系已经形成一套完善的护士进阶管理制度,并将护士进阶与薪酬体系一体化,制定了科学的绩效考核方案,实现了“分级明确,能级对应,以级定薪,级变薪变”的科学管理模式。通过分析长庚医疗绩效管理与护理人员薪酬体系,可为制定护士岗位管理和绩效改革方案提供参考。

Abstract:

Changgung medical system has formed a set of perfect nurse ladder system, which linked the ladder system to compensation system. It designed relative scientific performance appraisal system, realized the scientific “clear classification, capacity matching with the degree, deciding salary based on the degree, the salary changed as the degree changed” management model. It could provide references for designing nurse position management and performance appraisal scheme through analyzing medical perform management and nursing staff compensation system.
