| The standardized training for residents is the main form of medical students education after graduation, the establishment of the system from formally to perfect still need a long time, it may lead to the lack of emergency first-aid personnel in different levels of hospitals, especially in the basic-level hospitals. Through summarizing the training practice and exploration on the emergency resident doctors in CDCH, laying a foundation to cultivate more emergency first-aid personnel particularly in primary hospital for the society. |
