目的 通过对上海市郊区新建4家三级公立医院运营情况的调查，评估郊区新建三级公立医院服务量与费用增长的关系。方法 收集2013－2014年上海市郊区新建4家公立医院的门急诊、住院医疗服务数据及费用资料，评估服务量和费用增长关系。结果 2013－2014年4家新院费量增长迅速，费用增长的主要带动因素是业务量的增加；与市区母院相比，4家新院费量增长结构更为合理。结论 在城市郊区建立三级公立医院分院，初步达到下沉优质市区医疗资源的目标，仍有不足，需开展大型公立医院内部优化。 |

Objective
Through surveys of the operation statue of four newly built public hospitals in suburbs in Shanghai, to evaluate the relationship of fee and amount-of-service of these hospitals. Methods The data of these hospitals’ 2013—2014 outpatient and emergent services and in-hospital services were collected. Results The fee of these four newly built hospitals increased rapidly in 2013—2014. The main reason of the increase was the development of amount-of-service. Comparing with the original hospitals in downtown，the newly built hospitals had more rational increased relationship. Conclusion Building the public hospital in suburbs can improve the suburban health care system and achieve the better availability of high-quality medical resources. There are still many insufficient aspects and further reform needs to be implemented. |
