公立医院岗位评价模型的建立与应用研究

摘要:
参照NHS岗位评价模型,采用文献分析法、调查问卷法、焦点访谈法、德尔菲法等研究方法构建公立医院岗位评价模型,利用要素计点法在医院应用了此模型,评价效果具有很好的合理性,为公立医院薪酬分配提供了依据。

Abstract:
This research refers to the NHS job evaluation model. the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire, and focus interview, Delphi method, and other research methods are used to establish model of the job evaluation for public hospitals. Dot notation of facts is also used to apply the model in hospitals, through practice, the evaluation result has a very good rationality. The model also provides the basis for the compensation of public hospitals.
