| Abstract: |
| This research refers to the NHS job evaluation model. the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire, and focus interview, Delphi method, and other research methods are used to establish model of the job evaluation for public hospitals. Dot notation of facts is also used to apply the model in hospitals, through practice, the evaluation result has a very good rationality. The model also provides the basis for the compensation of public hospitals. |
