科室“三重一大”制度是医院“三重一大”制度向科室的进一步延伸，是实现科室管理科学化、制度化、规范化的一项重要制度。医院纪委监察室对科室落实“三重一大”制度具有督促职责。结合医院检查评价工作的实践，从评价方法、评价指标、评价结果分析及效果追踪等方面，讨论如何建立一套科学、有效的评价体系，即能够客观、公正的反映科室的落实情况，又有效的督促、指导科室落实“三重一大”制度。

The implementation of the“three importance and one greatness policy-making system” in specific department is the further deployment of this system in hospital，and it is an important system to realize the scientific，democratic and institutionalized department management.The disciplinary inspection and supervision office of a hospital has the responsibility to supervise the implementation of the system. According to the practice of evaluation in our hospital，based on the aspects of the method, index, result analysis and effect tracing of Evaluation,this study aims to discuss how to establish a scientific and effective evaluation system ,that not only objectively and fairly reflect the implementation of the “three importance and one greatness policy-making system” by individual department ,but also effectively prompts and guides departments to implement this system.
