How to realize the scientific management of public hospitals at the county level health resources，improve the county public hospital health resources and utilization，in order to meet the health needs of the grassroots people’s growing，is one of the key problems of the grassroots people’s medical problem solving. Combined with practical work Changfeng County was hosted by the Second Affiliated Hospital of Medical University，the achievements and existing problems were analyzed and summarized in process of scientific, humanized, high-quality implementation，to provide the beneficial enlightenment for effective development work in trusteeship between hospitals. |
