| The effective implementation of the performance appraisal is strongly dependent upon the support of information. Establishing a performance appraisal management information system which is based on the large clinical data integrated platform will be helpful for improving accuracy and timeliness of the performance appraisal data,improving performance appraisal information real-time analysis and dynamic supervision,improving the service performance’s positive incentive and guiding role,to effectively make performance appraisal and distribution scientificness,informatization and intelligentization,and to achieve leap development of the hospital internal performance appraisal management. |
